That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 5674 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except 7.1.9 which is deleted and 7.1.6 which is amended as follows:
7.1.6 The proposal will not have an unacceptable impact on existing rights and the neighboring properties.
