That administrative penalty in the amount of R1 300 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect 58824 Mitchells Plain in accordance with plan attached as Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 4 to be amended as follows:
1. The spouse avers that she was not aware that the building plans for renovations were not submitted by her late husband.
