That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 13 500.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 6873, Brackenfell.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and agreed to add:
6.5 The gravity is serious as it involves the wellbeing of vulnerable children, given the particular health and safety requirements pertaining to ECDs.
