Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The regulation departure to permit building line encroachments in respect of the proposed new development on erf 4696, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with drawing no AH103/06/17; dated 17 June 2016, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A

b. The regulation departure to permit the relaxation of the required off-street parking provision on erf 4696, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with drawing no AH103/06/17; dated 17 June 2016, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Amend Annexure A:

2.1 Prior to building plan submission, an SDP shall be submitted, including a landscaping plan, for the approval by the authorized Official.

Delete condition 2.7 up to and including 2.16
