An administrative penalty in the amount of R 100.00 for the land use contravention and R 0 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 18829, 51 Copper Road, Rocklands, Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
