UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 280.00 for the unauthorised land use (house shop) and an administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 27100, 13 Pakhuis Street, Tafelsig, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report and agreed to add the following:
6.5 The gravity of the contravention is not considered to be serious.
