An administrative penalty in the amount of R 480.00 for the unauthorised land use (house shop), and R0 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 6302, 23 Jersey Street, Westridge, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
