R 380.00 and for the unauthorised building work in the amount of R 0 in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 2097, 2097 Mnyamanzi Street, Browns Farm, Philippi BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
