UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application in terms of Section 42(g) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the Removal and Relaxation of the Restrictive Title Deed Condition in Title Deed No. T43307/2003 Clause (E) 7(a) and 7(b) on Erf 1382, 19 Firmount Drive, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance to the plan no.03785/mu/wood/ssw1382/rev1 dated March 2017.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
Delete both conditions in its entirety.
