UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for Rezoning of Erf 6402, Strand from Single Residential Zone 1 to Local Business Subzone 1 to permit office use on the property, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for Permanent Departure to permit two carriage-way crossings to be closer than 12 meter apart, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for Permanent Departure to permit vehicles to reverse over the sidewalk, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
