UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for rezoning of Unregistered Erf 620, Parel Vallei, from Single Residential Zone I to Subdivisional Area for Single Residential and Public Road purposes BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for subdivision of Unregistered Erf 620, Parel Vallei, into 12 Single Residential Zone I portions and 1 Transport Zone 2 (public road) portion, as indicated on plan no C2660/SR1/Pr3 dd Feb 2018, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
