An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 850.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of the unauthorised land use/building work on Portion 290 of Farm 959, Sweetwaters Road, Firlands, Gordon’s Bay.
