UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorised building work (domestic stuff quarters) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 488, 13 Johannesburg Street, Croydon.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add reason 4 as follows:
The gravity of the transgression is not considered to be serious.
