That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 800.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 176973 Cape Town at Newlands with regard to the unauthorised windows and door constructed on the property as per the plan with drawing number MP 13053/6 dated 10/10/2017.
