An administrative penalty in the amount of R 730.00 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 162052 Cape Town at Retreat in accordance with Drawing number: DBDA-210.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to:
Delete reason 6.4 and adjust the numbering sequence.
