UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for Council’s Approval stipulated in Addendum 1.1 (April 2018) on Erven 12542 and 12543 (consolidated Erf 153601), Walmer Estate, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the Addendum 1.8 (April 2018), subject to the conditions contained in the same Addendum 1.1 (April 2018).
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reasons as follows:
7.1.2 The proposal complies with the MSDF and Table Bay District Plan
7.1.3 The proposal will have no significant adverse impact on the heritage resources or character of the area
7.1.5 Conditions are proposed to enhance the proposal within its context.

2.1 Building plans shall be generally in accordance with the drawings in Addendum 1.8 (April 2018) of the April 2018 report to the MPT and to the satisfaction of the Director: Development Management.
