UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The application for Departures in respect of Erf 1824, 40A Pepper Street, Bo-Kaap, Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached and in accordance with Annexure D.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to:

Delete reason 2

Amend Annexure A:
2.1 Prior to final building plan submission, the amended aesthetic/architectural design of the façade of the building along Pepper Street, shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the Director: Development Management.
