An administrative penalty of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 5177, Cape Town.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 2 as follows:
The small scale and extent of the contravention is 27m2 which is small in extent.
