UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The subdivision of the erf 1895, Parklands into two portions measuring 300m² and 320m2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with subdivision plan Erf 1895_Sub1; dated 3 October 2017, drawn by J Van Eyssen, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1.4 as follows:

The built form will not adversely impact on the area because this will formalize an existing building into two separate dwelling units.
