An administrative penalty in the amount of R206.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 31049, Milnerton in accordance with drawing no MGT SC 100; dated Nov 2016; attached as Annexure B for the unlawful structure, and approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
