An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 18352, Cape Town in accordance with drawing no: M/18352/17 dated 25/05/17; drawn by N Hartley Srchitectural designs, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
