That the application for administrative penalty in the amount of R12847 (2%) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 7394, Bellville.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The operation of business (offices) on the premises is in operation or in existence for the past 10 years, but Council only became aware of the operation this year.
2. The owner of the property was fully aware of the rules and procedures to obtain Council’s approval prior to commencement of any business operation on the premises.
