RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 1006, Kuils River, to permit the operation of a guest house, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Plan attached as Annexure D, subject to the conditions attached as Annexure A.
b. That the application for Permanent Departure in respect of Erf 1006, Kuils River, for the relaxation of the required on-site parking bays from 13 bays to 10 bays BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the Site Plan attached as Annexure D, subject to the conditions contained in annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
