RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the deletion of restrictive conditions D (i) 1, 2 & 3 of Title Deed No 9283/1931 for Erf 10468 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
b. That the application for rezoning from Single Residential (SR1) to Local Business (LB1) of Erf 10468 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application for consent to permit a place of instruction on Erf 10468 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. That the application for permanent departures, as set out in Annexure A, Erf 10468 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
e. That the application for Council’s approval to reverse over the sidewalk for Erf 10468 Bellville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
