RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for a permanent departure in terms of Section 42 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 to permit a garage on Erf 37538, Bellville to be set back 2.650 m in lieu of 5 m from the street boundary, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the condition stipulated in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT approved the reasons in the planner’s report and amended reason 7.4 as follows:
7.4 There are no adverse impacts envisaged on the engineering services infrastructure, traffic considerations, heritage or the biophysical environment.
