UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out on Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 318 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Annexure C.
b. The application for City approval in terms of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 318 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law in accordance with Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to omit one reason and add the following reason:
The property is located between the CBD overlay and the PT2 zone where no on-site parking is required and is accessible to public transport.
Delete reason 7.1.3.
