The application for departure, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 359 Bantry Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the condition of approval attached in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add the following reason:
