UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016 in respect of Erf 1133, Camps Bay for the unauthorised Guest House and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to delete reason 6.1.
