UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for approval in respect of condition B. 3 of Title Deed No 9451/1993 applicable to erf 314, Milnerton to permit a second dwelling BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the sketch plan of project no: R362; dated 05/12/2016, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
