UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the consolidation of erf 25910 and Remainder erf 4869, Milnerton as per the consolidation plan drawn by M E Jakins, dated December 2016, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for the rezoning of erven 25910 and remainder 4869, Milnerton as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
c. The application for City approval to permit parking within 10m from the street boundary, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A, in accordance with annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
