The application for a consent use to allow a rooftop base telecommunication station as on an existing building on erf 541, Melkboschstrand BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.
