UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The deletion of restrictive title deed conditions iiA(a), (b), (c) and (d) in title deed T33655/1982 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The amendment of the township establishment conditions of approval as referred to in clause iiA(a), (b), (c) and (d) T33655/1982 to allow for commercial/offices uses, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The rezoning of erf 5188, Milnerton, from General Residential Subzoning GR3 to Local Business LB2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
2.2 The landscaping plan (Drawing no: 17411_LP_001 Rev 0), dated 22 August 2017 for erf 5188, Milnerton as compiled by Viridian Consulting shall be implemented by and at the cost of the owner/developer.
