The rezoning of erf 105812, Cape Town from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to Local Business Zoning 1: Intermediate Business (LB1) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015), subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.
