UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 4 790.00 for the unauthorised building work BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 2426, Melkbosch Strand in accordance with plans labelled: HPP – D01 Rev E dated 26-10-2017; HPP – D02 Rev E dated 26-10-2017HPP – D03 Rev E dated 27-10-2017, Drawn by: SPVW architecture, and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
