RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for amendment of previous conditions (Conditions 4.5 and 18) of approval in respect of Erf 16241, Parow to permit an increase in children from 20 to 34, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 16241-100 REV A attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
Condition 2.1.4 is amended as follows:
2.1.4 That 6 on-site parking bays be provided in accordance with the SDP and that the actual access and egress is shown on the SDP to the satisfaction of the Director: Development Management

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
