That the application for Consent Use in respect of Erf 9766, Bellville to permit the installation of a rooftop cellular communication mast base station (mounted on the side of the church hall) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the site plan Drawing No 1501371/1459/E005 dated 17/10/2016, attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions, attached as Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
