RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 202 Burgundy BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for rezoning from General Residential 1 to General Residential GR2 of Erven 203 and Remainder 204 Burgundy BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. That the application for the consolidation of Portion 1 Erf 202 Burgundy and Erven 203 & Remainder 204 Burgundy BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

d. That the application for permanent departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Portion 1 Erf 202 Burgundy and Erven 203 & Remainder 204 Burgundy BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
e. That the application for site development plan approval to permit 126 flats on Portion 1 Erf 202 Burgundy and Erven 203 & Remainder 204 Burgundy BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

1.2 Application for the rezoning of Erf 203 and Remainder 204 Burgundy from General Residential 1 to General Residential 2
1.3 Application for the consolidation of Portion 1 Erf 202 and Erven 203 & Remainder 204 Burgundy

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW

Condition 3.1.1 is amended as follows:

3.1.1. The development shall be generally in accordance with the Site Development Plan drawn by Boogertman + Partners with project number 16314 revision O and dated 2017-07-11, attached as Annexure C to Councils report dated 2017-10-16 with case identification number 70350545.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
