That the application for a permanent departure in terms of Section 42 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law to permit a garage on Erf 16756, Kraaifontein to be set back 1 m in lieu of 1,5 m from the street boundary, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
