That the application for a consent use to permit a 15 m freestanding base telecommunication station on Erf 10850, Brackenfell, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
That flagpole be replaced with monopole in condition 2.2 and 2.3
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
