UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED

That the application for the amendment of the conditions of approval dated 12 August 2008 to allow limited, non- school related functions at the activity centre/aftercare facility on Erf 10345 Durbanville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning Bylaw, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW

AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS OF THE APPROVAL DATED 16 JANUARY 2009, NAMELY:

To be replaced with:

Condition 2.2: In additional to the school related activities, no private functions that exceeds that provided for in the approved Function and Noise Management Plan (refer Annexure I and condition 2.5 below) may be accommodated.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
