RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for a permanent departure in terms of Section 42 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 to permit a carport on Erf 2166, Bellville to be set back 0 m in lieu of 3 m from the common boundary with Erf 2165, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
b. That the application for a permanent departure in terms of Section 42 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 to permit a combined carriageway crossing width of 9,4 m in lieu of 8m, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
