That the application for a temporary land use departure in terms of Section 42(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law in order permit the sale of alcoholic beverages (off-consumption) from a portion of Erf 11073, Scottsville, Kraaifontein, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
