UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the amendment and deletion of the restrictive title deed condition B. 7.(c) , as set out in Annexure A, for for Erf 223 Green Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By – Law, 2015.
b. The application for subdivision for Erf 223 Green Point, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the subdivision plan in Annexure C2.
c. The application for departure for Erf 223 Green Point, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with Annexure C1.
d. The application for City’s approval for Erf 223 Green Point, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with Annexure C1.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
1.3 No more than one dwelling house, having a height of not more than 3,5 m above back of footway on Joubert Road, shall be built on the Remainder of Erf 223 Green Point and the subdivided portion, respectively.
