The application for subdivision, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2116 Oranjezicht, 18 Invermark Crescent, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the subdivision plan in Annexure C2.
