UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for a consent use in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a guest house on erf 19595, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
2.1.8 The owner shall submit building plans indicating any change of use and any other structural changes to the Director: Development Management for approval within 90 days of the date of final notification.
2.1.9 ‘The owner shall pay a financial contribution in the amount of R 48 498.24 towards the provision of bulk engineering services as per attached…’
Add new condition 3:
The facility shall be limited to transient guests only.
