a. The application for a consent use to permit a place of instruction on erf 3630 Milnerton BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015;
b. The application for the consent in terms of title deed condition A(a) and A(b) to permit a place of instruction BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
