The application for consent use to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on erf 1984 Wesfleur, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 2310-D-001 rev E, 2310-D-002 rev E, 2310-D-003 rev E; 2310-D-004 rev E; 2310-D-005 rev E; dated 19-10-2017; compiled by Merlin Project Services subject to the conditions contained in Addendum A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
