UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for the relaxation of Condition C. 6.(d) of Title Deed T54426/2012 applicable to erf 2158, Milnerton to permit the aviary to be 0 metre in lieu of 4.72 metres from the lateral boundary BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan no: 2158/17; dated 01/08/17, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
