UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 417.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 105187, Sanddrift in accordance with plan no SR 017-09-19-1, and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 6.1 as follows:
The second dwelling has minimal impact on its surroundings.
