UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The deletion of the restrictive title deed condition in respect of Erf 2153, 16 Beulah Terraces, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law as contained in Annexure A attached and in accordance with the plans contained in Annexure C.
b. The application for the departures in respect of Erf 2153, 16 Beulah Terraces, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law as contained in Annexure A attached and in accordance with the plans contained in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reasons as follows.
Amend reason 5: The width of the carriage-way will not adversely impact on traffic movement.
Add reason: The motivation in the report for the removal of restrictions in the title deed is supported by the MPT.
Delete condition 3 (first bullet point) related to landscaping
